1. General Information
The conference focuses on innovative and sustainable solutions for major global challenges, covering key areas such as renewable energy, advanced manufacturing, climate change, bioengineering, and urban transformation. Topics include hydrogen and renewable energy integration, Industry 4.0, climate resilience, smart mobility, cybersecurity in healthcare, and the social impact of sustainability. Additionally, the event highlights collaboration between academia and industry to promote sustainable development and knowledge transfer.
The conference will be held at the Rey Juan Carlos University campus in Aranjuez, Spain. A pre-conference for PhD students will take place on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, followed by the main conference from Thursday, November 20, to Friday, November 21, 2025.
One of the main objectives of the conference is to foster a global exchange of ideas by bringing together representatives from around the world to discuss scientific solutions for sustainability and environmental challenges and their application to industry.
The official language of the conference is English. No translation services will be provided.
Yes. At the end of the conference, attendance will be reviewed. If a participant has attended at least 80% of the event, they will receive a certificate via the email used for registration.
2. Registration and Participation
The «Registration» tab will be available starting Monday, March 5, 2025.
The deadline for registration is Friday, September 26, 2025.
The registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, coffee breaks, lunch and dinner on Thursday, November 20, and a certificate of attendance.
3. Program and Activities
The «Agenda» section will provide access to the draft agenda of the conference.
Yes. There will be two plenary sessions and four thematic blocks, each covering different topics with experts from various fields.
Yes. One of the conference’s main goals is to foster collaboration between research groups and strengthen connections between academia and industry.

How can I get to the conference from the airport or the nearest train station?
To reach Aranjuez from Madrid-Barajas Airport (Adolfo Suárez):
- By train: Take the C-1 Cercanías line from Airport T4 to Chamartín, then transfer to the C-3 line towards Aranjuez. Approximate duration: 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- By metro and train: Take Metro Line 8 to Nuevos Ministerios, then switch to the C-3 Cercanías line to Aranjuez.
- By car or taxi: Approximately 50 minutes via the A-4 highway.
- By bus: Direct buses are available from Méndez Álvaro bus station to Aranjuez.
Additionally, a free shuttle service from Madrid Airport to Aranjuez will be available for attendees. The schedule will be shared in September.
